What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Check-in time is 2pm. If you wish to arrive earlier please contact reception.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, Guests arriving after hours are required to contact reception prior to 5pm to arrange a late entry.
When is the housekeeping/service of rooms done?
We are actively involved in the Queensland tourism sustainability program and have moved toward and promote a more environmentally friendly & sustainable climate. As an initiative we do not offer daily servicing of our rooms to assist in lessening the impact on our environment that laundry creates. We have introduced an “on demand" system. If you require fresh linen, towels, supplies etc. please feel free to ask at reception and they will be supplied.
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, we do have undercover parking.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Lancaster Court Motel are non-smoking.
Do you have a restaurant?
No however we are spoilt for variety with food outlets & have deals in place with local businesses which include, Little Clive Caffe, 5% discount at producing your key, Attached to your room key is a membership to the Yeronga services club. This gives you all members discounts on all food and beverage. Woolworths is approx. 200mtr to the left on the other side of the road of the Motel. There are a variety of eating places within easy walking distance including; Subway, Sankalp Indian restaurant, Thick Buns Hamburgers, Crust Pizza, Hungry Jacks, Taco Bell, KFC & Pub style meals at the Junction Hotel.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, internet upgraded in 2017.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes we have a large sundeck with bbq and enclosed, paved, pool area, with table and chairs. Also garden seating on the lawn.
How close are you to the shops?
Walking distance to Annerley shopping strip and Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre.
How close are you to restaurants?
Lancaster Court is a short walk to restaurants and fast food outlets including Fasta Pasta, Subway, Hungry Jacks, KFC.
How close are you to Princess Alexandra Hospital and other hospitals?
We are approximately 2km from Princess Alexandra Hospital and approximately 3km from Greenslopes and the Mater Hospitals. Maps are available at reception.
Do you have Foxtel?
Yes, in all rooms.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival will incur a $20 administration fee. For bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged.
How do I guarantee my booking?
All bookings require a deposit equal to cost of the first night or 50% of the total booking, whichever is the greater.
